急いで、労働者派遣法を改正して、１０年前（１９９９年）に戻さなければならない。

各国の労働法が、人材派遣業を厳しく禁圧してきたのには深い根拠がある。　人材派遣法は、人身売買の法であり、人間の奴隷化であり、古来、労働斡旋（あっせん）は、日本でも、暴力団の専売であり、ニコヨンと呼ばれる日雇い労働者への、口利き・仲介業は、禁圧すべきものとして、近代労働法は、築き上げられてきたのである。

　就職先の紹介業や、雇用のあっせん業は、職業として成り立たせてはならず、公共職業紹介所以外では、禁止しなければならないものなのである。そのために、ヨーロッパ近代（モダン）５００年の成果があるのだ。　雇用・労働関係からのピンハネ、中抜き、手数料徴収は、それは、明らかに奴隷売買、人身（じんしん）売買だ。人肉売買だ。女郎売買（女衒、ぜげん）だ。

　パソナはじめ、日本で、労働ピンハネ業を行い、日本の貧しい人間たちをいじめてきた会社は、すべて、倒産させるべきだ。これらの会社は、派遣労働者ひとり分で、派遣先企業　から、自給３８００円を受け取り、その中から、派遣労働者に、半分以下の自給１２００円とかを、払っているようなことをずっと、やってきた。人間として、許すべからざる行為である。
